Lee Strobel is an American Christian author, journalist, apologist, and pastor. He is widely known for his work in Christian apologetics, particularly in defending the truth of the Christian faith through an investigative journalistic approach. Before becoming a Christian, Lee Strobel was an atheist and a journalist for the Chicago Tribune and other newspapers for over 14 years. He began studying the Bible and the truth of the Christian faith after his wife's conversion. His investigations convinced him, and he became a Christian at the age of 29.
