Abstract

In an increasingly complex digital age, mental health is becoming an increasingly pressing issue, with many individuals experiencing anxiety, stress, and feelings of alienation. This study examines the teachings of the Gospel of John, particularly in John 14:27; 13:34-35; dan 16:33 as a source of guidance and inspiration to deal with the mental health challenges that many people face today. In the context of a life filled with social media and pressure to be perfect, John’s gospel offers a messageof peace that does not depend on external circumstances, but rather comes from a deep relationship woth God. Love, emphasized as a transformative force, is at the core of this teaching, which helps individuals to love themselves and others, creating healthier relationships and reducing themselves and others, creating healthier relationships and reducing feelings of loneliness. In addition, the hope provided by Jesus affirms that ini the face adversity, individuals are nnot alone, as there is a greater power supporting them. Through spiritual practices such as prayer, meditation and reflection, individuals can strengthen their spiritual connectedness, which serves as a tool to cope with stress and axiety. By applying principles from the Gospel of John, individuals can find peace, strengthen their mental health, and build a more meaningful life, despite the challenges faces in the digital world. This research aims to provide insights into how the teachngs of the Gospel of John can be integrated into daily life as a strategy to improve mental health and weel-being. The research method used in this article is a literature study, which focuses on the analysis of biblical texts, especially the Gospel of John, such as John 14:27; 13:34-35; and 16:33, which emphasize the themes of peace, love, and hope.
